I did have some issues with reservations on the phone but when I arrived at the Bowling Green KY property I was welcomed by Lynndora in the office. What an awesome Lady! Lynndora was super nice and very helpful, an absolute joy to speak with as I checked in. I am in one of the new updated single queen rooms, very nice and clean and perfect for my temporary living needs in the area. I will highly recommend this facility to my company for extended stays for company representatives visiting from Germany.

to start with we traveled from Massachusetts for birth of our grandchild honestly love the room & woman who showed us room was beyond polite & helpful. Only reason not a 5 star is we were not told when booking that we would be responsible for our own toiletries including toilet paper or that we are only allotted 2 towels for a room booked for 4 people & would be responsible for washing them if we needed to (we went to walmart bought our own. honestly love the room - it is very clean & comfortable. They make you inspect room prior to payment to ensure you are happy. If we had been made aware prior to booking it would’ve been more stars but admittedly the toilet paper/ towel situation is a bit weird.
The front desk lady was amazing! She was so sweet and explained everything any questions I had she answered. The room is just what I was looking for and I love that it’s like a studio apartment so I can cook in my room and not spending the extra money on fast food

Got a standard king, not the upgraded room because it was cheaper. It was clean comfortable and decent sized, staff was friendly and explained everything well. The room is a little dark, maybe the upgraded rooms are brighter, but that's the only real complaint I have.
I moved to Kentucky from out of state. I researched for an extended stay hotel suite I could afford, and I came across this place. My room was clean from day 1, and a cleaning lady comes once a week to maintain that standard. I have not seen 1 bug, which a few would be normal. I believe it is the combination of ensuring cleanliness and performing monthly professional bug treatments. The entire staff is professional, friendly, and if you communicate any issue than they immediately address said issue. I've spent roughly 2 weeks in a different extended stay hotel near Louisville. On a monthly basis, it would have cost $600-$700 more. There were more than a few bugs in my room, dirty (no cleaning lady), and loud both day and all night long. I'm blessed I found this hotel. Thank you all for what you guys do. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. If I'm in the area again, ill definitely have to stay again.
Connor at the front was amazing and so helpful. He explained everything in detail and was very helpful. The downside is the constant smell of weed in the halls when this is a non-smoking hotel. Its unprofessional and makes it hard to conduct business meetings on the premises.The glitches in the internet makes me only rate 4 stars.
